SMM-HELPER keeps as little as possible. This page lists exactly what is stored and why.
Sign up without a name, email or phone number. Your account token is stored only as a hash, and your API key as a hash plus an encrypted copy so you can view it in your dashboard. We also keep the sign-up time, the device type (phone, tablet or computer), the site language, the page you first arrived on and a hash of the sign-up IP address.
For each order we keep the service, the public link or username you entered, the quantity, any custom comments, the price and the status, so you can track every order and its refills. A password is never needed.
For each top-up we keep only the amount, the payment address and the transaction id.
Paying customers get support tickets in the dashboard. Tickets stay with your account, so the whole conversation is in one place.
Three small cookies: one keeps you signed in, one remembers the site language and one remembers the first page you visited. No advertising trackers; visit counts come from Cloudflare's cookie-free web analytics.
Order details are used only to deliver and refill your orders. Site traffic is protected by Cloudflare.
