Undelivered quantity

When an order is partial or canceled, the amount for the undelivered quantity is refunded to your credit automatically. You do not need to request it.

Private accounts and broken links

Private accounts, deleted posts and links that do not open are skipped automatically while the order runs, and the undelivered amount is refunded to your credit.

Drops

Drops are covered by services marked Refill, for the period written in their description. Choose a Refill service when the count must stay; other services deliver once.

Top-ups

Your credit never expires and works for any order, and all refunds go to it. Top-ups stay on the account as credit; they are not paid out to a wallet.

Wrong amount or network

Send the exact amount shown in the checkout, on the network you chose there. A payment with a different amount is held for review.

Access token

Your access token is your only sign-in, so keep it somewhere safe. The account and its credit belong to whoever holds the token, and a lost token cannot be replaced.
